The usurper-in-chief currently occupying the Oval Office, couldn't, at this point at least, be more forceful than he has been about the Judges overturning the health care overhaul. He was in my opinion, trying to intimidate those in the Supreme Court not appointed by him, so they ratify the legitimacy of the law. Just give him four more years and his similarity to Hitler or Stalin will be ten times or more what it is today.
It would be kind of funny if it weren't so tragic, that what millions of Americans consider to be an illegitimate president, dares to speak about legitimacy referring to any of its deeds. Probably the most pathetic aspect of this, is the fact that the president purports to be a scholar as far as the Constitution is concerned.
Speaking as an observer, I find it appalling that Justice Kagan, who was intimately involved with Obamacare, doesn't have the decency to recuse herself from the hearing. Oh, sorry, I forgot! The whole plan was to have her there to vote in favor of Obamacare. How silly of me!
I said it would be funny if... because I'm still a firm believer that Barry Soetoro will be proven not to be a "natural born American," which would make all this futile, since his whole presidency should be null and void, including his nominations to the Supreme Court and his choosing of a running mate. Too bad that would not include a cancellation of the so-called "Arab Spring" which turned out to be a "Freedom Winter" as well as the acceleration of the World Caliphate.
"I'm confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress," Obama said on Monday. "And I'd just remind conservative commentators that for years what we've heard is the biggest problem on the bench was judicial activism or a lack of judicial restraint, that an unelected group of people would somehow overturn a duly constituted and passed law. Well, this is a good example. And I'm pretty confident that this court will recognize that and not take that step."
The cynicism of this man has no limits! First, it is neither unprecedented nor an extraordinary step. The Courts have overturned laws before even though, they were passed by strong majorities (or bipartisan agreements). That pops a question in my mind. Why is it O.K. for a president to veto any such laws, but the Supreme Court cannot decide upon the constitutionality of any of them?
Barry Soetoro is following the advice of Marx, Engels, Alinsky and Ayers (all people of the same mind) that is, if you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it. So Obama keeps saying that the economy is recovering even though some of the most respected experts say we're heading for chaos.
If the Court overturns the law or parts of it, I think the Justices responsible for it, should double their protection in case some nut from the left decides to take revenge on his own. I don't think some people in this administration take well to being contradicted, so failure to prosecute by the DOJ could again take place if any Justice of the Court were harmed. Do you want an example? How about the New Black Panthers getting off scot-free after blatantly intimidating voters in 2008. Or, those responsible for all the ACORN atrocities roaming around like nothing happened, etc.
A couple of days ago or so, the man from Kenya made some statements and I was watching. I might have missed one, but I was very careful and took some notes. None of his statements, by my knowledge was accurate. You got that one right: he was lying all the way!
Is this the man you want to "lead" the nation for the next four years?
Just ask yourself and your friends: are you better off today, than four years ago? If so, you must be one of the president's pals!
Another question: why is it that some Russian members of the Press are openly saying that Obama is not a natural born American and 98% of the American Press refuses to talk about it?
My inquisitive mind has come up with another one: If what has been reported is true, about Russia issuing an International Warrant against George Soros, why haven't we heard anything from our media even the part that is not controlled by "Spooky Dude"?
I'm reasonably healthy with no problems in my ticker or any serious illness; so, if you hear that I have collapsed while walking the streets like Andrew Breibart did, you know where the blame lies. The same person/organization that killed him, would have taken the necessary steps to put me out of my misery. I don't think they get off scot-free another time.
By-the-way, I do not have videos of Obama like the great Breibart did.
