Shariah law is the basic set of ground rules on how Muslim communities operate. It is a set of laws which has an equal if not greater authority than secular laws -- including the United States Constitution -- as to how Muslims and those under their domination should operate.
The plan to bring Shariah Law to the United States is simple: use our system of laws, our tolerance for religious persuasions, and under the guise of our democratic system impose shariah law -- first through their own communities, then upon those who may or may not share the Islamic faith.
On Making Friends With Jews and Christians:
Qur'an (5:51) - "O, you who believe! Do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people."
The problem isn’t just one of religious freedom, but rather the operations of a system of belief vastly different than the Judeo-Christian principles on which the United States of America was founded upon.
For instance, take the recent controversy over halal meats. In order for food to be halal, it must first not be forbidden foods such as pork or alcohol and the method of slaughter must involve a deep cut into the throat that preserves the spinal cord. Most importantly, the food must be slaughtered and sacrificed in the name of Allah by a Muslim facing the Islamic holy site of Mecca
On Honest Dealing With Infidels…
Qur'an (9:3) - "...Allah and His Messenger are free from liability to the idolaters..."
Not only are there several concerns with whether halal meats and other foods consistently meet USDA standards, other Western nations have seen the halal foods industry turn into massive operations, with the halal foods industry in France alone totaling $7 billion, having doubled in just five years.
Where does this money go? In France, some of the money used to certify the $7 billion industry goes to support radical Muslim groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood:
When a French consumer buys Halal food, part of the price paid goes as a fee to Halal Islamic experts. Some of those experts are certified by the UOIF, the Union of the Islamic Organizations in France, which the Simon Wiesenthal Center reports has strong ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, a transnational political organization that supports terrorism.
This is the same Muslim Brotherhood involved in the uprisings in Egypt in January 2011, the same Muslim Brotherhood with tight ties to HAMAS in the Gaza Strip, and the same Muslim Brotherhood that spawned off the radical Sayyid Qutb in the 1950s -- radical professors who fed into the Wahabbist brand of Islamic terrorism promoted by al-Qaeda.
On Keeping Friendships With Jews and Christians:
Qur'an (3:28) - "Let not the believers take for friends or helpers Unbelievers rather than believers: if any do that, in nothing will there be help from Allah:
Currently, Western Europe is suffering from the Islamization of their countries. In certain enclaves, Muslims have established “no-go zones” where non-Muslims are simply not permitted in the streets of cosmopolitan cities such as London and Paris.
Even in nearby Toronto, Canada -- the pattern is simple. Establish a Muslim authority called a waqf, and construct a mosque or a “cultural center” should the native population be hesitant to allow a mosque. Then purchase the land and businesses surrounding the mosque -- convenience stores, butchers, delis, shops, markets, mechanics, appliances -- all that one could possibly need to sustain a community. Eventually, the Islamic waqf begins to insist upon Islamic norms, Islamic covenants… even Islamic arbitration courts to settle disputes.
…and just like that, shariah lawembeds itself in a community.
Allah Being “the Best of Schemers”
Qur'an (3:54) - "And they (the disbelievers) schemed, and Allah schemed (against them): and Allah is the best of schemers."
Now this threat is coming to the United States.
How diabolically opposed is Islam to the American way of life? That depends on what Islam is willing to concede.
One of the crowning achievements of American society is that, unlike most Western democracies, the United States does not force you to surrender your religious identity in order to participate in public life. One can be a Christian, Jew, Buddhist, Hindu or an atheist and there is no coercion from the government to believe something else. Even with Islam, there is basically no disagreement that a Muslim can participate in public life.
On Ecumenism:
Qur'an (9:5) "But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war); but if they repent, and establish regular prayers and practice regular charity, then open the way for them..."
Islam fundamentally disagrees with this. In fact, it seeks to supplant our American understanding of law under the U.S. Constitution and replace it with their own brand of shariah law.
Worth Reading insists that there is no negotiation with radical Islam. Their goals are absolute and have been since Islam’s inception -- to utterly destroy the West and the values of the Judeo-Christian tradition that are the bedrock and inspiration of the freedoms we enjoy today.
This having been said, we recognize there are exceptions -- some Muslims do not share the values of the radical sects that have dominated the discourse, although due to their silence, there is no dependable way at this point in history of measuring this minority opinion amongst Muslims.
No Surrender…
Qur'an (8:15-16) - "O ye who believe! when ye meet the Unbelievers in hostile array, never turn your backs to them. If any do turn his back to them on such a day - unless it be in a stratagem of war, or to retreat to a troop (of his own)- he draws on himself the wrath of Allah, and his abode is Hell,- an evil refuge (indeed)!"
In order to clarify whether Islam is ready to truly live up to the values it proclaims to believe rather than the incendiary hatred preached by radical imams, terrorist organizations bent on destroying the West, and a system of shariah designed to displace the United States Constitution, we suggest five basic principles which Muslim leaders and organizations must be undeniably clear:
1. Islam must respect the rule of law, including the primacy of the United States Constitution as the law of the land.
The problem:
On the Authority of Non-Believers (Including the U.S. Constitution):
Qur'an (9:3) - "...Allah and his messenger are free from obligation to the unbelievers..."
On Loyalty Owed to Foreign Governments:
Qur'an (18:26) - "[Allah] maketh none to share in his government."
On Living Under a Non-Muslim Government:
Qur'an (4:141) - "...And never will Allah grant to the unbelievers a way (to triumphs) over the believers."
On Accepting The Outcome of Elections:
Qur'an (5:49) - "So judge between them by that which Allah hath revealed, and follow not their desires, but beware of them lest they seduce thee from some part of that which Allah hath revealed unto thee"
The solution: Islamic leaders and organizations must emphatically state their opposition to all interpretations of the Koran denying the primacy of the United States Constitution, and must submit to American jurisprudence in all affairs where the law applies, whether federal, state, or local.
2. Islam must reject violence as a means of resistance or struggle (jihad).
The problem:
On Muslims Who Reject Violence as a Means of Struggle:
Quran (4:95) - "Not equal are those believers who sit (at home) and receive no hurt, and those who strive and fight in the cause of Allah with their goods and their persons. Allah hath granted a grade higher to those who strive and fight with their goods and persons than to those who sit (at home). Unto all (in Faith) Hath Allah promised good: But those who strive and fight Hath He distinguished above those who sit (at home) by a special reward,"
Maybe Violence Isn’t Your Thing? Allah Knows Better…
Quran (2:216) - "Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not."
Steal From a Convenience Store? That’ll Cost You One Hand…
Qur'an (5:38) - "As to the thief, Male or female, cut off his or her hands: a punishment by way of example, from Allah, for their crime: and Allah is Exalted in power."
…Unless The Store Owner is an INFIDEL!!!
Qur'an (48:20) - "Allah promised you many acquisitions which you will take, then He hastened on this one for you and held back the hands of men from you, and that it may be a sign for the believers and that He may guide you on a right path."
The solution: Islamic leaders and organizations must proactively seek out and stop the funding of terrorist organizations such as the Muslim Brotherhood, HAMAS, Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, and dozens of others that propagate terrorism in both an international and national context. Furthermore, Islamic organizations and leadership must emphatically reject violence and rely solely on the American judicial system to settle disputes, either within their communities or among non-Muslims.
3. Islam must respect and honor the equal rights of women in the context of American jurisprudence.
The problem:
Woman, Know Thy Place:
Qur'an (2:228) - "and the men are a degree above them [women]"
On Beating Your Wife (or Wives):
Qur'an (4:34) - "Men are the maintainers of women because Allah has made some of them to excel others and because they spend out of their property; the good women are therefore obedient, guarding the unseen as Allah has guarded; and (as to) those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them, and leave them alone in the sleeping-places and beat them; then if they obey you, do not seek a way against them; surely Allah is High, Great."
Allah’s “How To” Manual on Beating Your Wife:
Qur'an (38:44) - "And take in your hand a green branch and beat her with it, and do not break your oath..." (Allah telling Job to beat his wife)
Mohammed: Inventor of the Designated Hitter Rule for Wives:
Qur'an (66:5) - "Maybe, his Lord, if he divorce you, will give him in your place wives better than you, submissive, faithful, obedient, penitent, adorers, fasters, widows and virgins"
The solution: The record of human rights abuses against women is well known. Women should be free from coercion, and should have free and unrestricted access to the American legal system. Furthermore, women are to be given all the rights and responsibilities of American citizens, including the right of free expression, and are to be respected as individuals and equal citizens.
4. Islam must respect and honor the rights of human conscience.
The problem?
Non-Muslims Not The Equal of Muslims:
Qur'an (45:21) - "What! Do those who seek after evil ways think that We shall hold them equal with those who believe and do righteous deeds,- that equal will be their life and their death? Ill is the judgment that they make."
How the “Religion of Peace” Treats Converts:
Qur'an (4:89) - "They but wish that ye should reject Faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing (as they): But take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of Allah (From what is forbidden). But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever ye find them"
Where Jews and Christians Belong:
Qur'an (3:10) - "(As for) those who disbelieve, surely neither their wealth nor their children shall avail them in the least against Allah, and it is these who are the fuel of the fire."
The solution: Converts from Islam are to be left free from fear of coercion, violence, intimidation, or any other attempts to restrict their freedom of conscience. Furthermore, Islamic leadership and organizations are to respect the freedom of conscience, and make it abundantly clear that converts of any faith are free to do as their conscience dictates free from fear or intimidation.
5. Islam must respect the United States Constitution and honor the equal station of every human being.
The problem?
On Winners and Losers:
Qur'an (3:85) - "And whoever desires a religion other than Islam, it shall not be accepted from him, and in the hereafter he shall be one of the losers."
One Man’s Testimony = Two Women’s Testimony
Qur'an (2:282) - Establishes that a woman's testimony is worth only half that of a man's in court
On Inheritances:
Qur'an (4:11) - "The male shall have the equal of the portion of two females"
Who’s Wearing the Pants Here?
Qur'an (4:34) - "Men are in charge of women, because Allah hath made the one of them to excel the other, and because they spend of their property (for the support of women). So good women are the obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah hath guarded. As for those from whom ye fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them to beds apart, and scourge them. Then if they obey you, seek not a way against them."
The solution: Islamic leaders and organizations must willingly assent to the equal station of every human being, no matter whether they are Muslims or Christian, Jews or atheists. At no time should Muslims be permitted to discriminate against their fellow human beings on the basis of religion, just as Americans expect no other faith should discriminate on a similar basis.
The Real Contest Between Islam and the U.S. Constitution
Will Islamic leaders follow the common sense provisions that every other American citizen instinctively obeys?

As recently as November 2010, CAIR has come out against an anti-shariah bill in the Oklahoma legislature, citing the bill as unfairly targeting Muslims and a violation (!?) of the First Amendment’s freedom of religion.
Peace Only Comes With a Submission Tax (Jizya)
Qur'an (9:29) - "Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued."
Americans need to know that radical Islam is in a fight to the death with the West and the Judeo-Christian roots that make the United States the greatest, most free nation on earth.
