Carney: Only A "Fervent Partisan" Would Blame Obama For The Unemployment

CBS's Norah O'Donnell begins by asking a great question: How's Obama's up-and-coming job's speech differ from the other half a dozen speeches his delivered over the past year? As you will see, Carney avoids an answer but does a fine job spinning a mind numbing web of a non-answer.

What Carney is more than ready to answer is whether the jobs numbers since Obama took office are at all his fault. The directness of the answer is stunning:
