U.S. District Court Judge Roger Vinson (Florida)has ruled that Obamacare, the federal government's health care, is unconstitutional because it violates America's sacred Constitution.
Obama and his Chicago thugs, who are breaking laws whenever they want, are basically saying that the judge can stick it up 'you know where?"
This is no surprise to a journalist-columnist who's been writing over a half-century about the corruption in all levels of government.
Yes, we are, unfortunately, a criminal nation who's politicians do whatever they want whenever they want.
Leading the pact is the most corrupt "President" in our nation's history.
Of course that is Barack Hussein Obama.
Obama and his Chicago gang are going to file a lawsuit against the judge's ruling.
What a freaky criminal Obama has become over his first two years pretending to be "The President of the United States."
There are so many lawsuits pending against Obama and his criminal administrative that I gave up counting this year.
These lawsuits will cost taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars, or billions, if the lawsuits drag on for years or even decades because all 50 U.S. states are trapped in this sick situation.

The U.S. IRS taxes are illegal because this tax was never ratified by our States when it was enacted as the 16th Amendment in 1913.
Just imagine, my grandfather working all his years and never paid federal income taxes.
If he made $40 a week as a warehouse guard in Paterson, he took home $40 a week.
So here I am, at 73, paying hefty income taxes on my retirement Social Security benefits, which I paid for myself, and paying taxes on my pensions, which I paid partially for.

Our federal and state governments with income taxes are nothing but illegal, criminals -- and our corrupt judicial system could care less.
