In some ways, the daily foibles of Barack Obama bring back memories of a somewhat gross, but still funny, story a friend told about an experience had had whilst in New York City years ago.
This chap boarded a bus headed to Yankee Stadium one afternoon and, upon taking his seat, became aware of an particularly unpleasant aroma coming from the older, disheveled gentleman seated directly in front of him.
In blunt terms, it smelled as though the bloke had soiled his pants!
Now wishing to be intrusive, but yet seeking relief from the odor, my friend gently tapped the fellow on the shoulder and meekly asked, “Hey, buddy. Did you mess your pants?”
To which the smelly bloke angrily replied, “It’s none of your damn business-- but, yes, as a matter of fact, I did!”
My friend then asked, “Well, why in the hell don’t you change your clothes?”
To which smelly replied, “’Cause I’m not done yet!”
When you really get down to it, is that not where we our with our feeble president?
He refuses to CHANGE when it really matters!
