| Now Control Other Things With Your Power Posted: 29 Jun 2010 08:25 AM PDT Sarbanes-Oxley was upheld in a 5-4 decision. Well sort of. There are problems with the law but one of things the latest decision addresses is something I talk about all the time. I want elected officials to make decisions. I don't mean for only the ones I voted, but majority-elected officials. I don't know who is on the FCC, the SEC, and the EPA, however they are making decisions that effect my life.
